How to log in to PlayTime

PlayTime uses a mobile-first sign-in flow. Open the platform with the green button on this page, choose Login, and enter the mobile number connected to your account. Request the one-time password, then type the OTP in the verification field to complete access.

The fields on the login screen

Mobile web follows the same account logic without installation. Use an updated browser, allow the page to finish loading, and keep SMS available. A steady connection helps the login screen and OTP request stay synchronized.

When the mobile number has changed

Account access depends on the number connected to the profile. If you still have the registered SIM, complete the normal OTP flow first and review account settings after login. When access to the old number has ended, open the support option from PlayTime and prepare the account details requested for identity verification.

Keep your message focused: state that the registered number changed, include the approximate time of the last successful login, and follow the verification instructions. Never place an OTP, wallet PIN or password into a public message.

Common login problems

A delayed OTP often comes down to signal, a mistyped digit or several code requests made close together. Check the mobile number, wait for the latest message, and use only the newest code. If the page reloads, return to Login and begin one fresh request.
